HR Outsourcing Team Lead English 5 years
Responsibility:
• Focus on developing HRO business in Asian market (particularly China and Japan)
• Provide timely, good quality and comprehensive proposals against RFP/I and other requirements, that present an optimal business solution for the client. Manage and run end to end response by coordinating across various internal teams (TIG, TeSG, Risk, HR, Pricing and other SD teams)
• Understand and translate client needs into a solution framework ensuring delivery of innovative and relevant solutions to clients
• Lead Discovery exercises for HRO prospects
• Ownership of maintaining and updating the knowledge base within the solution design group
• Working in Coordination with the Sales Team and Geo Business Manager, generate new business through proactive market study and analysis etc.

Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years of experience HR outsourcing industry, including at least 2 years in solution design; experience in business development, transition and service delivery will also be well regarded
• Excellent communication skills, both English and Simplified Chinese. Knowledge of Japanese is a big plus; knowledge of other dialects such as Cantonese or written Mandarin would also be valued.
• Deep understanding of HR & payroll processes in China. Knowledge of Japanese payroll and other APAC countries is a big plus
• Adaptability to work in ambiguous situations
• Understanding of HR outsourcing lifecycle
• Ability to think innovatively and design unique solutions
• Relationship management
• Analytical skills
• Active learning and eye for detail
• Quality control in regard to documents created
• Advanced PC skills
