Procurement Operation Manager

Responsibility：
•Responsible to work with the Client’s procurement team, and more importantly with the suppliers in setting up Catalogs and maintaining Catalogs in Ariba system.
•Manage 40 people
• Deliver agreed KPIs and meet SLA
•Drive efficiency improvement

Requirement：
• Bachelor Degree or above.
• Training skills, Manage contracts and Catalogues, maintaining good relationship with customers.
• Good analytical skills, eye-for-detail, good skills in MS Excel, past experience of working with large .txt files and .csv files & understanding of xml.
• Prior experience in enabling online catalogs (on Ariba or even otherwise) will be an added advantage.
• Good Communication English
• Sourcing experience.
•Team management experience
