Experience and Qualifications

1.Strong business acumen
2.Demonstrated ability to engage with functional department leaders, i.e. CFO, Corporate Controller, Chief Procurement Officer, VP HR, SVP Supply Chain
3.Extensive market and sector knowledge
4.Extensive enterprise software sales experience, a collaborative engagement style and disposition, and capable of working in a virtually networked organization
5.8 years experience in a large, multi-national software / technology organization with an emphasis on sales as well as developing and executing business development plans and programs to Oil and Gas Industries, such as CNOOC, Sinopec, etc.
6.Proven track record in capturing market share, and growing a profitable sales business.
7.Business Level local language and English
8.Bachelor degree or above
