Senior Consultant – Business Strategy—Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou
Core Responsibilities:
The candidates are expected to work effectively with major Chinese enterprises and multinational companies in delivering business strategy projects, especially in the arena of sales & marketing transformation, including marketing strategy & plan, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, channel management, sales force effectiveness, etc.
Major responsibilities include:
•Lead middle-size sales & marketing transformation projects
•Manage client relationship in sales & marketing transformation projects
•Conduct benchmarking studies and identify industry best practices
•Analyze and prioritize clients’ business issues
•Deliver high value-added client deliverables and make convincing recommendations tailored to the defined audience
•Assist in generating proposals and promoting target clients
•Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and community-building activities
•Cooperate with other service team to maximize the value created for client engagements
Qualifications (education, seniority, professional experiences, etc.):
•An MBA or equivalent degree from top business education institutes is strongly desired
•Willingness to travel to fulfill responsibilities
•Experiences with retail/consumer electronics or network equipment industries are preferred
Additional requirements: Good command of Chinese
