Proven track in project management of various nature
Proven track record and experience managing large operations programs and initiatives
Experience in program management and budget management

Work Requirements
May be required to occasionally travel domestically or internationally
May be required to occasionally work from home
May be required to occasionally attend out of normal working hours conference calls

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Strong project management skills
Understanding of organization business processes and policies
Experience in business process management and business case development
Analytical skills; detects, analyzes and solves work problems
Good understanding of CRM technologies such as Siebel a big plus
