Role and Responsibilities:

1. Plan, build and optimize the quality and risk management policies and procedures and integrate them with other business functions

2. Conduct contract management and lead review contract of various types (e.g. MSA, SOW, subcontract, ICA, teaming agreement etc.)

3. Lead the localization of Capgemini’s global methodologies

4. Manage opportunity and proposal risk assessment

5. Conduct various types of reviews to ensure successful delivery (e.g. On-site engagement review, M-review etc.)

6. Reinforce OTACE – Capgemini’s Client Satisfaction Program.

Requirements:

1. Above 8 years business consulting or IT Solution project implementation experience

2. Strong background in ERP implementation or business consulting area

3. Excellent communication (written and oral) in both English and Chinese and interpersonal skills

4. Strong coaching and project management skills

5. Very detailed oriented but always with a complete picture in mind

6. Excellent business acumen and industry acumen

7. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

8. Deep understanding of strategy or process re-engineering methodology

9. Team player with strong intellect and interpersonal skills

10. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
