Bachelor degree or above

Strong leadership skill to manage the reporting and virtual team

Solid Strategic Thinking Skill

Strong Communication Skill

WORK EXPERIENCE

High level of market and sector knowledge combined with teambuilding skills.

Deep knowledge in SAP products and solution as well as abundant SAP service delivery expense

Extensive sales experience, a collaborative management style and disposition and is capable of working in a networked organization with a strong culture of virtual working teams.

10+ years experience in a large, multi-national software / technology / consulting organization with an emphasis on sales, service as well as developing and executing business development plans and programs.

Business Level local language and English
