Position: License & Compliance Manager 许可执照及合规经理
Www. joyo.com is seeking a bright and motivated candidate to join its China legal team based in Beijing. This position， reporting to Associate General Counsel and China Legal Director， will work closely with various business teams on licenses/permits management and compliance matters.
Job Duties:
1.Managing all joyo licenses， permits and government approvals. Working closely with finance and operation teams to keep all those licenses， permits and approvals updated. Developing process and procedures for obtaining， tracking and renewing joyo licenses， permits and approvals.
2.Assisting in handling inquiries and audits related to the company’s licenses and permits by government authorities；
3.Monitoring new development of PRC laws in the areas which may affect the company’s licenses and permits， and ensuring that joyo business comply with those laws.
4.Working on other matters assigned by China Legal Director from time to time.
5.Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize multiple projects， and work effectively in a fast-paced， results oriented environment.
Job Requirements
1.Must have a bachelor degree or above；
2.Strong knowledge of PRC regulations related to the company’s licenses and permits；
3.Familiar with government authorities and administrative procedures.
4.Must be experienced in handling government licenses/permits and project management.
5.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the government authorities.
