Description
Be the accounting project manager to take the lead on the accounting set up for the new business models:
- Understand the business requirements from the business partners.
- Coordinate and consolidate the inputs from the variance accounting teams with regards the requirement on the accounting information.
- Set up the full set of the accounting process flows for the new business with accounting control process in place as well.
- To liaise with external parties if necessary on the outsource resources required for the new business include but not limited .
- Integrate and continuously improve accounting / close process integration & improvement
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or above
- 7+ years finance experience in MNC, 3+ years in managerial roles, (3Yrs in Big 4 preferred if no MNC experiences)
- In-depth knowledge and experience of US & PRC GAAP
- Strong ability in driving process improvement and operation efficiency and detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Proactive and self motivated
- Good knowledge and utilization of SW applications (excel, access, prefer -- Hyperion, oracle)
