Consummate skills in QA should be made full use of?

Responsibility:
• Lead test developement, testing, implement quality assurance plans and evaluate quality standards with limited direction
• Execute solid judgement to ensure the use of acceptable test procedures and test methods
• Work independently to maintain, modify and enhance existing quality assurance testing methods and processes
• Interface with other organizations to establish test development strategies and procedures to improve test efficiencies related to the product designs
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of testing activies and projects
• Analyze test results, pro-actively seeks solutions, recommends corrective actions
• Provide solutions to a wide range of technical issues

Qualification:
• Strong ability to develop specialized and innovative tests, as required
• Solid abilities to troubleshoot complex power and control circuits
• Experience with analog circuits, circuit analysis and circuit debugging
• Knowledge and wide application of engineering principles, concepts and theories
• Experience AC-DC power supply design, testing and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of AC power including single and three-phase through 5000 VRMS
• Fully competent in all necessary QA skills and tools
• Understanding of overall business environment and project management
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Capable of executing a wide range of QA tests and processes

B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5-9 yrs solid working experience will be qualified~~
