Global Infrastructure and Operations
Infrastructure and Operations Site Manager is responsible for the day to day operation in order to ensure that the I&O site is working according to Global Functional Management directives.
The Infrastructure and Operations Site Manager has the responsibility to drive cross functional issues in the I&O site and has the superior responsibility for Infrastructure and Operations site related major incidents and prioritization issues. The I&O Site manager is responsible for coordination of production and deliveries in the site.
The Infrastructure and Operations Site Manager carries the superior responsibility for all employment related issues in the I&O site.
4. The Infrastructure and Operations Site Manager is responsible for establishing the required I&O Organisational structure and resources, to enable the china GI&O Site, to be able to act effectively as the receiving site, in support of GI&O sourcing strategies.
5. The Infrastructure and Operations Site manager is responsible to ensure that Global Functional organisations which are ba<x>sed in India, are established within the required timescales, and that those Functions are able to deliver in the most effective and efficient manner possible,
requirement：
1. 12 years infrastructure and operation experience,
fluent English, abroad is preferred；
2. Familiar with the （Business Process Outsourcing）industry，
3. Good management skills；
4. Proficient in hardware, architecture technology
