（1）Provide the business consulting to global telecommunication service providers with marketing management theory and applied knowledge.
（2）Conduct in-depth research for the customer requirements and respond to them proactively. Build up business consulting service portfolio and deliver customer-oriented service & operation solutions through business consulting projects.
候选人条件：
（1）A minimum of 8+ years direct experience in the telecommunications industry. BS required with degrees in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science / Engineering, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
（2）Broad knowledge in the telecommunications technology and Information Technology, with special emphasis on one of Following: Fixed line (Broadband/FTTH, NGN, and IPTV), Wireless line (UMTS, CDMA, GSM,) BSS&OSS in-depth understanding of the industry evolution and trend.
（3）Solid understanding of service provider market and business issues. Strategic planning and marketing experience with world class telecommunications service providers preferred.
（4）Experiences in consulting for the telecommunications industry also welcome. Must be familiar with the industry evolution and trends, strategic development, and service transformation in a regulatory environment.
（5）Highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic. Ability to articulate strategically and a great negotiator.
