Head of Product Management

Responsibilities:

1． Responsible for the profitability and competitiveness
of the Product over the lifecycle

2． Leading the global product management team

3． Analysing and tracking market, technology and
competitors related to the product business

4． Scanning, analysing and screening customer requirements
Creating release strategy and product roadmaps, planning
product releases

5． Defining competitive product positioning and business
model (including pricing and services)

6． Defining and following up the product business case
and product creation

7． Managing possible product and/or release content
changes during product creation

8． Making decisions on a possible partnering approach
and platform selection

9． Managing customer commitments and non-standard
tendering
10． Measures / budgetary measures: business
case deviation, market share, customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience in product management, SDH business
understanding

Personal Attributes:

History of leading product management in SDH
