RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years experience at an investment bank, consultancy firm, hedge fund, private equity or equivalent
DESCRIPTION: We are a Beijing-based growth equity fund that makes investments in the Greater China region. The firm has extensive capabilities in transaction origination and portfolio management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background, excellent interpersonal skills. The following is a summary of the ideal skill set for the position:
-- Excellent quantitative capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling and corporate finance;
-- A private equity mentality;
-- Exceptional written and oral communications skills;
-- Diligent work ethic and desire to be part of a small team with wide-ranging responsibilities
-- Excellent academic credentials (MBA preferred, but not requisite);
-- PRC National is highly preferred
-- Bilingual in both Chinese and English
-- While not required, experience in the healthcare industry would be viewed favorably
Responsibilities
The candidate would participate in the following activities at the firm:
Analytical deal support: due diligence, financial modeling and documentation;
Portfolio Monitoring;
Possibility of originating transactions for the firm.
SALARY: Compensation will consist of a competitive salary plus a performance bonus.
