knowledge of Documentum or another Content Management product
experience working in a Technical Support environment
experience in supporting application software
strong English skills (written and spoken)
Database experience – Oracle / SQL Server / DB2
Application Server experience – IBM Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, JBOSS
Operating System experience – Windows, UNIX (AIX, Solaris, Linux, HP-UX)
Programming experience - Java
