· Establish and develop a high quality and efficiency Human Resource function to meet requirements of tremendous development and rapid expansion of the Company.
· Manage all the HR-related activities including staffing, T & D, C& B and ER sections; insure the Human Resources function effectively serve the needs of the entire Organization.
· Develop, review and update Human Resource related policies and work standards that support the attainment of the mission and goals.
· Actively participate in development of other management policies and contribute to successful implementation of these policies established and approved by the Company.
· Set Human Resource goals, metrics and timelines for the local organization. Lead the Human Resource team to develop tactical Human Resource plans and closely monitor the implementation process. Gain local senior management support and buy-in to the Human Resource plan and implementation.
· Advise, negotiate and interact with local senior level management on complex people issues and matters. As required, participate in management meeting.
· Lead organization-wide Human Resource programs and initiatives such as salary review, manpower planning, change management and performance management programs etc.
· Provide Human Resource leadership and be a role model and to nurture the team of Human Resource staff, if any, on professional values, beliefs and work ethics
· Develop capable subordinates to insure effective departmental operations and competent succession capable individuals.
· Cross function with other internal department and external sources to resolve both issues and conflicts that form barriers to the attainment of personnel related issues and our mission and goals.
· Other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications: 任职要求
· Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any other equivalent.
· At least 5 years experience in Human Resources including 2 years managerial responsibility for all Human Resource functions; int’l company background preferred.
· Familiar with the Switzerland Labor Law and government regulations; other major EU countries’ a strong plus.
· Excellent English in speaking, listening and writing. Other languages a plus.
· Good Computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Mature and active personality, highly initiative, be able to lead the team to improve and innovate, as well as to overcome difficulties.
· Willing to make decision and assume responsibility in Human Resource area.
· Team Player in a dynamic, energetic and positively aggressive environment.
· Experience in E-HR system would be an advantage.
