Communicate with WW stakeholder, coordinate solution testing, have day-to-day test status reporting and tracking.
Lead/build a high performance testing team to deliver the solution within schedule and with good quality, also improve the testing efficiency by adopting the new methods.
Work with the Test Architect to deliver the design documents such as Test Plan and Testcases, etc.
Lead the team to resolve critical technical and non-technical problems to archive the project goal.
Work together with worldwide counterparts and collaborate across MBPS teams to build mutual trust relationship.
Deliverables
Function, System, Performance Accessibility and Globalization Test planning
- Test Plans , Status Reporting, Test Cases, Defects, Test Sizing, execution, etc
Test infrastructure, packaging and installation
Experience in test methodology and Agile process.
Experience with Java, J2EE, Portal, WAS, DB2, Tivoli, Rational Test Tools (Team Concert, Functional Tester, CVS, ClearQuest, etc)
Operating Systems: AIX and/or Linux, and Windows

Master's Degree
