JOB PURPOSE:
To supervise and provide trainings for junior staffs. To provide project leadership for timely statistical support according to global project strategies.

To lead statistical support for projects/studies in MAD theropeutical area.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
PhD is must
Experience & knowledge:
At least 2-3 year clinical trial experience in overseas
Good SAS programming skill required
Core competencies:
Great potential/Capability to provide statistical leadership to cross -functional teams at the study and or project level
Effective English verbal and written communication skills in relating to colleagues and associates both inside
and outside the organization control approach to work.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural context as a good team member
