Key responsibilities:
1) Manage admissions communication sequences by sending emails, letters and brochures within the established time parameters.
2) Manage and update the admissions' database on a daily basis including entering and editing student information and applications for admissions.
3) Maintain application files; organize incoming materials from applicants such as applications, letters of recommendation, transcripts and test scores.
4) Coordinate and schedule prospective student meetings, tours, and interviews.
5) Interact with prospective students and their parents by answering their questions and sending out materials in the mail and via email.
6) Event planning responsibilities such as Open House
7) Prepare and send admissions material to schools, camps and other groups.
Perform clerical duties for the office such as: handling incoming and outgoing calls, ordering supplies, answering phones, etc.
9) Maintain cleanliness and neatness of admissions office as needed.
Qualification:
1) Fluent in Chinese and English
2) Presentable
3) Organizational skills
4) Attention to detail
5) Ability to multi-task and take initiative
6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7) Strong Microsoft skills
Customer service experience
9) Positive attitude, energetic, team player
10) Confidentiality and discretion
11) Familiarity with the expatriate community in China
12) Bachelors degree required
13) overseas experience
14) CSL certificate is a plus
