Job Summary:
• Produces original research results of publishable quality which enhance Company’s brand and image as a world class thought leader delivering innovative ideas to the market
• Writes peer-reviewed research for business publications, including trade journals and Company Tier 2 hits, such as Outlook, CIO, Strategy & Leadership and Tire 1 Chinese language business publications, such as Harvard Business Review Chinese Edition, Peking University Business Review, etc.
• Demonstrates entrepreneurship, identifies opportunities and provides advanced leadership, skill and expertise in the planning, management and transfer of research solutions and ideas into practice
• Manages/leads research projects that further Company’s image and expertise in important business topics
• Establishes strong partnerships with line Senior Managers and Senior Executives who seek thought leadership and research expertise
• Recognized as subject matter expert
Qualifications:
Education: Requires PhD in research discipline (or advanced degree plus 5-10 years of highly relevant experience)
Work Experience: – Experience conducting strategic level business research for publication.
– At least five years of relevant work experience, which may include teaching at the university level
