Responsibilities：

As a senior people mgr, he/she will lead biz analyst team to be responsible for the Lenovo EM (Emerging Market) Service business analyst:
作为高级经理，他将领导商务分析团队负责联想的新兴市场服务业务分析工作：
1) Monthly business forecast on P&L and booking revenue for service group. Closely work with China finance team and do effective communication with each business leader for the forecast viable and achievable.
1）每月预测业务盈亏和服务团队的预定收入。与中国金融团队密切合作，与各业务领导进行有效的沟通以预测可行的和可实现的。2) Weekly and monthly do reporting on P&L, Booking revenue and KPI for service group and by each business line. (T, R, Sunny) etc.
2）每周及每月根据服务组的盈亏、预定收入、关键绩效指标以及各个业务领域作报告。
3) Make review deck for service group VP which will be presented to CEO and WW service SVP and prepare all critical review decks to support service group VP’s ad hoc requirement.
3）为服务组副总裁制作审查板，该审察板将对CEO及ww服务高级副总裁演示，并特别准备服务组副总裁专案要求的特殊审察板以作支持4) Business deep dive and analysis for lag performance and identified business issue
4）商务深潜并分析落后的表现以及确定经营问题
5) Yearly budget planning support on business analysis and data
5）在业务分析和数据基础上的年度预算计划
6) Weekly business update to WW team and coordinate the related business people support ad hoc data request and analysis
6）每周更新WW部门的业务，并支持协调相关的业务人员专案数据要求及分析
7) Develop and manage business reporting system and all kinds of analysis model
7）开发并管理商务汇报系统以及所有的分析模式Requirements:
要求：
More than 8 years’ related working experiences, with solid finance background and biz sense.
8年以上的相关工作经验，牢固的金融背景以及商业嗅觉
Master is required, prefer MBA
硕士学历，MBA优先
Fluent English both speaking and writing
良好的英文口语及书写水平
Strong people mgmt skill.
很强的人员管理技巧
Excellent communication and convincing capability.

Very open personality, able and willing to work under pressure.
