Financial Controller
Job objective：
Responsible for reporting under USGAAP, including quarterly and annual reports and ad hoc accounting issues related to the group’s business
Job Description：
1) Prepare quarterly and annual accounts and press release, and CFO scripts;
2) Estimate & Calculate tax compact on various business activities
3) Ensure US GAAP compliance on the group’s accounting matters
4) Budgeting and forecasting
5) Ad hoc projects
6) Cost accounting & cost control group financial management
7) Study and prepare accounting position paper for business issues
Qualification:
1) CPA qualification or ACCA, or AICPA
2) Minimum three years of audit or commercial experience, preferred five years or above
3) Familiar with US GAAP or IFRS and PRC GAAP reporting
4) Good English skill
5) Good communication management and interpersonal skills
6) Determined and open in character
