· Establish and implement performance measures designed to track and report progress against the sales strategy.
· Help to ensure sales quotas reflect market opportunity versus past performance.
· Use sales quotas and territories as key tools to maximize sales productivity.
· Work with AE’s and SM’s on develop and review territory plans
· Manage the workload and schedules to achieve desired deliverables.
·Identify, highlight and report against best in class performance to build overall sales effectiveness.
Experience/Skills
Assertive individual with excellent business acumen
Ability to manage cross-functional teams – regional and global – including building strategies, implementing change processes, managing and measuring performance and progress
IT SW industry sales and/or operations experience is prefered
Experienced in doing business in China and understand the cultural, commercial and political influences on the market
Strong planning, organizational, analytical and presentation skills
