•Lead in Human Resource business partnership with the various sales units in China
•Responsible for advising, recommending and implementing compliance to both existing and new labour law and regulations
•Facilitate and lead in the various Human Resource Generalist functions – talent management, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits as well as payroll.
•Oversee office administration function in our various sales offices in China
•Actively involved in company’s Operation Excellence initiatives and programs.
Requirement:
•University Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
•Minimum of 8-10 years HRM experience with 4 years at a managerial position.
•Possess excellent knowledge in labor laws and regulations
•Excellent Leadership and team work orientation
•Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
•Fluent in English and Mandarin
