Drive the design and construction of a complex business problems into innovative technology solutions
Do hands-on coding and proactively mentor developers
Coach development teams of 5 to 10 people from project definition through implementation
Create complex, rich usability challenging business applications
Work directly with world class software engineers, product managers and our CTO
Communicate with lawyers, accountants including effective use of solutions, proposals and other effective manners.
Skills:
6+ years experience of analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale OO applications
Strong development experience with OO languages such as Java, JavaEE, Ruby on Rails, Python, Groovy, C#, MySQL, SHELL, Unix/Linux
Strong knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, testing driven design, automation testing and unit testing
Prefere to have Agile Methodology knowledge, such as Extreme Programming (XP) & SCRUM
Leadership experience in directing team in specific project activities, estimation and resolving urgent problems.
Track record in delivering complex Web based business applications under pressure and tough deadline.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English in international hi-tech companies.
Ideally with an academic background Master/PHD in Computer Science or Engineering
