Head of Marketing & Sales



Recruitment process:

+ CV Screening

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews



Responsibilities:



> Search Engine Optimization

+ Optimize Direct HR’s web marketing

+ Support the IT team in improving the structure and content of the company website

+ Develop keyword strategies and eliminate duplicate content issues

+ Optimize the natural search results and create relationships to other websites in order to increase traffic to the company website

+ Track and monitor rankings across the major search engines



> Blogging

+ Create Direct HR Blogs

+ Develop company content strategies and coordinate the content creation process

+ Market blog posts through social media and promote company news and events



> Social Media

+ Develop social media strategies and manage the company's online reputation

+ Establish social media profiles and optimize the social media linking strategies



> Editorial activities

+ Be in charge of creating company newsletter on a regular basis

+ Coordinate the creation of articles, press releases or other relevant content

+ Be responsible for the Email marketing



Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree, degree related to IT, Marketing, English or Business Studies preferred

+ 1- 2 years working experience in the fields of Online Marketing

+ Be familiar with Search Engine Optimization techniques and practices as well as newsletter softwares and Wordpress

+ A high level of competence with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel

+ Excellent English writing and verbal skills and an effective and efficient communication ability

+ An outgoing personality and the ability to work on projects independently as well as in a team setting

+ Fluent in spoken and written English, fluent in spoken and written German, French, Spanish or Chinese is a plus

+ Resistant to stress and willing to go the extra mile as well as to live and work in Shanghai
