Salary:

As soon as possible



Location:

Suzhou, Jiangsu, China



Reporting to:

Application Engineering Department Manager



Team size:

6



Recruitment process:

+ CV Screening

+ Telephone Interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

+ Personality Test



Responsibilities:

+ Build up and continuous improvement on products’ bill of materials (BOM), prepare the related documentations for production

+ Modify products according to customer demand

+ Conduct new product design (R&D)

+ Carry out innovation and minimize cost for products

+ Work out product workmanship and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) according to the current situation of products

+ Take part in the project management

+ Perform other duties as required



Requirements:

+ Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or related

+ More than 3 years of related experience with revolving door products

+ Experience in product sourcing

+ Previous contact with suppliers for related products

+ Experience in the automatic door industry

+ Proficient in MS Office

+ Practical experience in CAD, preferably in AutoCAD and Solidworks

+ Experienced in project management with design experience

+ Ability to perform calculations and feasibility judgment based on customer requirements

+ Good communication skills and team work spirit

+ Strong problem analysis and solving skills

+ Mandarin: Mother tongue

+ English (Reading,Written and Oral): Fluent

+ Continuously improvement and high cost conscious

+ Initiative, creation and willing to take challenge

+ Willing to live and work in Suzhou

+ Willing to be involved in future R&D for new product design
