Responsibilities:
+ Ensure the execution and monitoring of the projects as set forth in a pre-agreed project time-line with both the supervisor and client
+ Monitor Project and evaluation teams
+ Survey Coordination and market research
+ Participate in research analysis
+ Participate in development of project plan including design of methodology and target definition
+ Participate in development of project time-lines
+ Execute the project plan, leads surveys
+ Monitor the project plan and survey findings
+ Coordinate activities with other departments where appropriate
+ Provide monthly reports and participates to weekly briefings on project progress
+ Ensure that survey findings are considered by Management Level concerned and translated into program quality improvement
Requirements:
+ Masters Degree in Public Health / Epidemiology
+ 2-3 years proven experience in research or survey related activities
+ 2-3 years proven experience in study design & data analysis
+ Experience with Developing countries is desirable
+ Have good client relationships depending on project
+ Collaborative relationships to other internal departments by discretion and necessity
+ Regular external contacts with specific survey audience depending on project
+ Advanced computer Skills (MS office suite) in particular epidemiology statistical software incl EpiInfo, SPSS, SAS
+ Political Savvy
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Self Management
+ Entrepreneurial Spirit
+ Willing to travel occasionally
