• Develop market (SI/partners/etc)

• Develop people competence

• Enhance cross-BU sales activity

• Lead the team to reach regional target (revenue/order, margin, P&L, EBIT etc)

• Implement partner program locally: partner support, evaluation, development etc. to ensure sufficient market coverage

• Manage day-to-day sales activity from opportunity identification, funnel management, pricing and order, sales forecast, backlog and financial risk management until sales delivery

• Stengthen relationship with power System Integrators / Consulting Firm / Design Institute / HVAC OEM / End users

• Develop people and sales competence
