Role synopsis Plan, develop and maintain the super-dealer account and coordinate the x-region activities and issues. An expert to super dealer to meet their specific needs and provide value added offer.
Key accountabilities • Planning – develop the 2-3 year plan for super dealer channel based on China’s strategy. Also develop the annual execution plan in developing the specific super dealer.
• Offering – work with marketing team to develop the effective fit-for-purpose offer to super dealer.
• Headquarter Relationships – owner of the relationship with super dealer headquarter.
• New account Development – lead the development of new super dealer account with RSM, Account Manager and the distributors in relevant region.
• X-region Coordination – coordinate the x-region activities in developing and managing the account.
• Tracking – Track the KPIs of super dealer account and enhance the execution of the contract and delivery of the offer by relevant parties (incl. BP, the distributor and customer)
• Coaching – Share the best practice and provide coaching to account manager in developing and managing the FWS account.
Essential criteria & qualifications a. Educational background
• University graduation
b. Experience (years and nature)
• 5 years in sales and marketing, especially in managing the sales channels. The experience in car dealer is a strong plus
c. Others
• Good understanding of industry trends and OEM / Super Dealer Value chain, particularly at national level, to be able to identify relevant opportunities for the customer and the business
• Good Key Account Planning and account management capabilities
• An influence, able to effectively persuade others to their point of view.
• Able to translate customer needs into customer propositions, and to sell into the customer and business in a persuasive way
• Able to manage negotiations effectively to create a win-win solution
• Strong coordination skill to ensure the x-region alignment in servicing the super dealer by the sales team in the region.
