+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Contact clients like architects and designers to introduce companies products
+ Participate in the bidding process
+ Integrate with and support the company plans
+ Identify and prioritize company sales support activities to maximize opportunities for growth with assessment of likely gains: short term, medium term and long term
+ Develop and update market knowledge
+ Maintain current knowledge of customer and competitor activity
+ Other duties and projects as required
Requirements:
+ College Degree or higher
+ Good understanding of technical blueprints is preferred
+ Relevant working experience with Door and Window Hardware
+ Existing network of distributors for Window Hardware is strongly preferred
+ Computer literacy, using “Windows” and “MS Office”
+ Knowledge of ERP and Citrix System is preferred
+ Effective and efficient communication skills
+ Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
+ Able to work independently and under pressure
+ Able to meet deadlines
+ Fluency in Mandarin
+ Good command of written and spoken English
+ Meticulous / Pays attention to detail
+ Strong quality awareness and self-motivated
+ Assertive and flexible
+ A strong self-initiator and team-player
+ Willing to work and live in Beijing
+ Willing to engage in long-term employment
