Responsibility:
- Establish process procedure for quality and services (customer care);
- Participate in hardware specification;
- Follow industrial process;
- Follow all return and coordinate the return analysis, R&D action
- Coordinate with local customer care managers
- Manage research, contract and implementation of new partner
Requirement:
- More than 10 years experience
- Better to be foreigner, like Malaysian, Singapore, western person
- Good knowledge about worldwide market, consumer market, mobile industry of course is good
- Experience in manufacturing mandatory
- Experience in R&D necessary like project management
- Experience in quality is nice to have but not mandatory
- To be base in Shenzhen
- Report to GCC VP
