Job Duties:



1. Develop, simulate, and implement DFT design for new chips and meet the tapeout schedule.



2. Develop the high coverage and cost effective test patterns for the production test.



3. Evaluate and establish the advanced DFT tools and flow.







Qualifications:



1. BSEE required and MSEE preferred.



2. 3+ years of DFT or related design experience.



3. Proficient in Verilog and DFT tools.



4. Capable of independent study, project management and bring in new methodology.



5. Strong commitment to schedule and work quality.



6. Good team work and communication.
