Responsibilities:
+ Primary be responsible for product integration to a variety of company and 3rd party products
+ This testing will specifically entail localization validation, but also product features and comprehensive system test
+ Review of product life cycle materials such as requirement documents and design documents in order to prepare test plans and test cases may be required
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or above
+ More than 4 years' experience in the IT field preferably in Software testing
+ Proven ability to write test cases and test plans from Use cases and requirement documents
+ Working knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle Databases, preferably latest versions
+ Experience with analyzing data for accuracy on software dashboard reports or historical reports
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to adapt to changing requirements and follow direction
+ Ability to work with remote groups (both Development and Quality Assurance) across geographies and time zones
+ Familiarity with Contact Center environments such as Predictive Dialers, ACDs, or Unified Contact Center applications preferred
+ Experience with Crystal Reports Enterprise or Business objects Enterprise preferred
+ Fluent in both Chinese and Korean
+ Working Knowledge of English
+ Willing to work and live in Dalian
