Responsibilities:
+ Take the ownership for front line service and support to internal and external customers via various means of delivery: i.e. telephone, web, for the solution of hardware, software, and / or application problems
+ Proper case documentation and management, inception to resolution as well as execution of escalation process
+ Effective and consistent communication to management, peers and account team, related to observed product trends and customer issues
+ Ensure that the highest level of technical support is met at all times through prompt, thorough and professional assistance
+ Consistently execute work in full support of departmental goals
+ Be an Ambassador for company by consistently representing company Core Values
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
+ More than 2 years related technical experience and understanding of TCP/IP Networks, MS Windows 2000/2003
+ Former Technical or Customer Support background preferred
+ Understanding of Databases,Telephony, Software Applications, VoIP technologies is an added advantage
+ Ability to troubleshoot, define a plan of action and resolve technical issues
+ Adherence to policies, processes and procedures
+ Continuous learning and development
+ Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, Chinese and English
+ Willing to work and live in Dalian
