-University degree of economic science, telecommunications engineering or computer science
-Fluent spoken and written English language with the ability to lead negotiations, Mandarin language as mother language
-Excellent analytical skills
-At least 5 years working experience in procurement and contract management
-Expertise knowledge in the area contract law
-At least 5 years working experience in the lead of international projects within the Chinese Telecommunication & IT infrastructure industry; preferably in the fixed line telecommunication industry
-Expert knowledge of the following:
-Chinese telecommunications & IT supplier market
-The functionality of Fixed and Mobile Networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE, FTTx, MSAN, DSLAM, VAS) with emphasis on fixed line technology
-Vendor evaluation, selection & performance management processes on a global basis
