+ Telephone interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Develop leads, prepare and submit quotations, negotiate and close orders with customers, primarily in the Agricultural industry
+ Realize project acquisition according to strategy
+ Implement and maintain sales strategy with priorities based on realizable incremental targets
+ Identify and prioritize company sales support activities to maximize opportunities for growth with assessment of likely gains: short term, medium term and long term
+ Fully manage the sales assignment and take charge of the after-market responsibility
+ Conduct relevant market research
+ Traveling extensively in the entire assigned territory, identification, and development of new distributors and providing them sales and after-sales support
+ Reporting effectively to your superiors, for all the activities undertaken
+ Correspondence with the distributors and head office whenever necessary
+ Liaison with distributors, institutes, tender authorities, head office etc.
+ Creative thinking-suggestions which would effectively contribute to the growth the company’s business and profitability
+ Completes other assignments and special projects as requested
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or above in Agriculture, Animal Health or Marketing / Economics
+ Have strong commercial understanding and formal sales skills training
+ More than 3 years of relevant working experience in the Agricultural industry
+ Experienced in selling or buying different products to the Agricultural industry
+ Sales experience, preferably of imported equipment, or at least of foreign joint-venture equipment
+ Track record of identifying, projecting and meeting sales targets
+ Excellent knowledge of local business culture and sales process in China
+ Existing network of contacts within the Agricultural Industry
+ Computer literacy, using “Windows” and “MS Office”
+ Effective and efficient communication skills
+ Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills, customer – focused and ability to meet deadlines
+ Self-motivated, flexible and a team-player
+ Meticulous / pays attention to detail and strong problem solving mentality
+ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
+ Willing to travel extensively within China as well as work and live in Harbin
