General Summary
This consultant will join a global team that is focused on supporting Services-based Applications Management (SBAM) sales opportunities. This team will provide a consultative approach using a series of workshops and tools to facilitate SBAM sales and assist in solutioning and account transformation to a services-based delivery model. As a member of this team, you will work closely with global teams to help drive revenue growth.
Job Description
* Assess client applications management needs, support development of business case
* Present benefits of SBAM model at CxO level
* Support/Conduct SBAM workshops
* Support contracting process by developing predictive pricing content for SoWs
* Work effectively with sales, solutioning, marketing to deliver business value to the client
* Work effectively with delivery team to deploy the SBAM delivery organizational structure
* Provide implementation support for SBAM tools
On Board Location
Shanghai, China.
Qualifications
* Master's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
* 10+ years of delivery experience in the field of business systems and IT services
* Proven expertise in applications delivery and support processes
* Experience at transforming organizations and identifying/implementing ongoing optimization initiatives
* Ability to deliver client value proposition by connecting information from multiple aspects of client’s business with the value offered by new service delivery models
* Experience working with senior leadership, e.g. CXO level (both client and internal)
* Need to be fully equipped to support Northern and Central Asia as well as Japan and India [on-site as required]
* Motivated to share experience and help / guide others
*Ability to learn quickly and provide innovative thinking apropos to the situation
* Well-organized, flexible, and proactive
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Multiple Language skills would also be preferred, with very sound English base.
* PMP, ITIL certified is plus
