职位：Plant Manager
Reporting To：Vice President
Responsibilities:
1、Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, priorities spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.
2、Set, and monitor the performance of the plant against, standards, goals and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, legal compliance, and human resource management.
3、Leading a team including production, QA, engineering, logistic and purchasing, administration to achieve safety, quality, costs and delivery target.
4、Develop and implement a variety of operating policies and procedures (in conjunction with corporate subject matter experts) to ensure that the plant meets it current and future production targets and quality standards. Allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity. Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant's production capabilities.
5、Keep close contact with Headquarter R&D and engineering person to ensure Company specifications are implemented strictly in Plant.
6、Keep a close contact with global supply chain management team to understand customer’s demand and workout production plan to fulfill.
7、Keep a close contact with brother Company plant and support each other
8、Other tasks assigned by New Product Transfer Director or company
Requirements:
1、Engineering bachelor degree above. Chemical or mechanic engineering preferred or manufacturing engineering degree.
2、At least 8 years operation management experience.
3、Fluent English communications
4、Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, TPM and the APQP process.
5、Experience w/ ERP systems, Oracle a plus.
