Position: MES Engineer
Responsibilities:
1、Work individually and with 3rd party system integrators to develop automated and manual interfaces to the Eyelit® MES System
2、Develop applications in Java to integrate with the Eyelit API and other applications
3、Support the design and development of all components of the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) including: Traceability and genealogy;Initial quality control (IQC) and statistical quality and process control (SQC/SPC);Overall Equipment Effectiveness (“OEE”);Asset management;Process visualization
4、Support the design and development of web-ba<x>sed reporting portal as the central interface to report and monitor data in the MES
5、Work with vendors to ensure machines meet MES requirements
6、Be available for domestic and international travel
Requirements:
1、Accomplished with the following software:HMI /SCADA software such as GE Cimplicity;Oracle databa<x>se applications
2、Experience in relational databa<x>se design and programming databa<x>ses using: SQL, PL/SQL, OLE DB, ODBC
3、Experience with the manufacturing process and discrete manufacturing systems.
4、Experience creating and managing web-ba<x>sed reporting solutions
5、Experience installing and deploying client-server software systems and thin-client ba<x>sed systems
6、Previous experience developing applications in Java, .NET, xm<x>l, J2EE, Familiarity with PLC programming and ladder logic
7、Thorough understanding of manufacturing execution process and software, data management system, procedures and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for root cause analysis for variations
8、Excellent verbal and written skills (A technical writing sample will be required)
9、Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) a plus
10、Minimum 5 years in MES, factory automation and data process engineering for electrical and chemical products
11、BS degree in an engineering or information systems field
