Location: Shanghai, R&D center, for an US based, public traded semiconductor company.
To manage a team for the development of device driver, firmware, middleware, and Windows applications for IC products.
Compensation: base salary, up to 50W+, depending on experience and qualifications.
Required:
1. 10+ years of experience in software product development
2. Must have experience managing a 10+ team with a MNC organization
3. Experience of audio, or video (PC, consumer)
4. Strong in software architecture and design
5. Good at defining software process (development, testing, release, and configurations)
6. Hands on experience of C, C++, etc.
7. Good at Linux and Windows (both at kernel level)
8. Strong in cross-team communications, project management, team management, and customer relationship
9. M.S. degree in engineering fields

1. Oversea education and working experience
2. Digital signal processing (DSP)
3. Device driver, embedded system and RTOS
4. Windows applications (MFC, COM, WPF, .NET, C#)
