This position will work as part of the China team, reporting to the Country Lead, to provide general support on corporate administration and programme management. The role is ba<x>sed in Shanghai.
Key responsibilities:
To work with the UK Corporate teams to provide the Local Client team support on all corporate functions, this includes:
• Contract processing
• Finanancial administrative procedures
• HR, recruitment and training administration
• Branding & Marketing materials
• Travel organisation
• The overall office requirements, environment.
To ensure the overall programme runs effectively locally, this includes:
• Planning and managing training
• Managing communications with key clients
• Knoweldge management system coordination
• Supporting local workplan/ toolkit administration
• Event management
• Manage media nominations process
Knowledge / Qualifications:
• Excellent English and Mandarin language skills
• Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Project/ programme management skills/ experience
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills
• Good people and communication skills
Work Experience:
• Administrative or financial management experience preferred
• Media, print and production experience preferred
• Experience of working at either a Retailer, FMCG company or Media agency desirable, but not essential
