Consulting Services Line Manager
Main responsibilities
Manage team growth, recruitments, utilization/chargeability, capacity planning, competence development, staffing, Personal Business Plan
Support your team members in their professional development and ability to utilize competence in line with business and personal strategy
Finance (accountable for budgets and production results)
Accountable to reach KPI targets and other performance targets
Accountable for implementing directives from Global Functional managers
o processes and other working methods
o structural changes
o implementation of competence development plans
Functional responsibilities are likely to be added to this position
Consulting Services Line Manager general profile:
Managers within Application Delivery need to have the ability to create an efficient and trustful day-to-day cooperation with stakeholders. Application Delivery is a matrix between global functional responsibilities and Application Delivery site responsibilities. It is a requirement on every manager in the organisation to actively cooperate in a way that bridges the potential gaps in the organisation. It is also essential that all applicants have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to satisfy customer requests.

Broad IT background
Experience from Consulting management
Ability to build a team feeling with a distributed team with strong individuals
Leadership experience and excellence:
Have the courage and ability to communicate visions and objectives
Have capacity to execute against set targets

People management experience and have a genuine interest and capacity for developing people
Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal partners as well external customers

Fluent in English and Chinese mandarin
Recruitment experience
Experience recommended:
Knowledge and experience from the Delivery to Repurchase (DtR) and Sales to Order (StO) or from standard applications (COTS)
