HP Software R&D team in Shanghai is looking for talented first line managers working on a leading enterprise level software product widely used by world-wide Fortune 500 companies. As the manager, you will be managing a team of 10+ developers and be responsible for the development of one of the relatively independent modules within the product.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the R&D owner of the product module.
• Grow the team in both technical and functional directions.
• Define and refine development processes to gain higher efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with Product Managers (local or overseas) defining the features roadmap of the owned module.
• Act as the project manager and be responsible for the release of the owned module within the scope of the product release.

The Sr. Software Engineer specifies, designs, implements and maintains software components. This position requires working in a global organization with counterparts currently in Israel and United States. As a senior position, you will mentor junior engineers.
