Provide overall leadership in leading the design and architecture of host integration solution for the storage including VMware integration, Microsoft integration etc.
Responsible for a wide range of design activities from requirements analysis through systems, application and/or process design specification.
Position requires significant knowledge across multiple platforms, processes or architectures and will include directing the design efforts of less experienced architects.
Also, expected to have an extensive understanding of industry and technology trends, as well as of strategy, and to apply that understanding to articulate a strategic vision which influences or guides business area, country or international strategic directions.

Specific Skills:
- Deep technical skills and knowledge in VMware and Microsoft virtualization integration solution and products
- Solid technical skills and knowledge in storage, storage management and storage API programming like SMI-S.
- Broad technical scope in cloud and other virtualization technology like KVM.
- Solid Java/C++ programming skills as well as programming with script Python/Perl/Shell
- Solid working experience with different platforms: Windows; Linux etc.
- Assist and guide management and emerging technical leaders in driving thought leadership, technology vision and direction for entire team.
- Provide technical expertise support in our every day operational responsibilities and product commitments.
- Lead and educate team in product roadmaps, Fall Plan and portfolio strategies.
