2.Managing the Team and controlling all the HR procedures(fashion advisors recruitment;training,developing and appraising the team,solve confilicts,make the schedule,organising holidays,controlling the hours,etc)
3.Provide and guarantee the best CUSTUMER SERVICE according to the costumer. 4.Assure an excellent Image of the store by accurate merchandising
1.University degree is required.
2.At least 2 years experience in managing a store or a section in retail,specially fashion retail
3.Experience in Customer Service at high level stores will be appreciated.Also deep knowledge of product designm trends and fabrics.
4.English is compulsory,other languages are appreciated.
