Hadoop developer（Senior level）
Report: Principal Lead Dev
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the design, the architecture and implementation of Audience Platform, a system built to understand our customers better in individual level
• Implement solutions using Hadoop and help to contribute back to the open source community
• Invent novel solutions to challenging technical problems
• Diagnose and debug issues in production environments
• Collaborate with researchers, developers, program managers, and product designers in an open, creative environment
Qualifications:
• BS degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors
• 3~5 years software development experience with a highly-scalable, distributed, large multi-node environment
• 2+ years experience in Hadoop development and administration
• Demonstrate coding skills in Java/C#/C/C++ or other programming languages
• Strong knowledge of computer science including data structures and algorithms
• Understanding of Grid computing, Map-Reduce, advanced server clustering and distributed programming
• Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving for results under pressure and ambiguity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Chinese Mandarin proficiency is required.
