Job description
1. Administration Support, responsible for Teamcenter operational stability, fix system issues, test coordination and deployment of the changes;
2. Teamcenter application support, trouble shooting;
3. Responsible for user training about Teamcenter Applications.
4. Incident / Request management in Remedy system.
5. Operation handbook maintain.
6. Regular report of the incidents / request. Provide the improvement plan.
Job Requirements :
1. At least 2 years experience in using, maintenance or development of PLM application, and at least 1 year in Teamcenter.
2. Basic Knowledge of CATIA is a plus
3. Experience in Oracle is a plus
4. Knowledge of Automotive Processes/ Automotive Experience is a plus.
Common Qualifications
1. Fluent oral and written English
2. Bachelor degree, major in Computer Science or engineering.
3. Good communication skill
