Position: Manager of Software - Protocols
(Location in Suzhou, China)
Responsibility:
1/ Will participate in the development of a new architecture, specification, and design of ***’s gigabit-switch systems.
2/ Manage ***’s Layer2 and routing protocols/UI software team.
Requirement:
-At least three years management experience managing software teams working on user interface and routing protocols, forwarding, and other networking equipment control plane software.
-Must have hands on experiencing designing and delivering Ethernet switch, router products
-Experience with interoperating with Cisco and Juniper protocols implementations. An established reputation in the various routing protocol standards bodies (IETF etc) is a strong plus
-Experience with Linux or some other UNIX variant is a strong plus.
-Must have excellent customer interface skills.
Must have a track record of shipping product into production networks.
-Must be dynamic, growth-oriented and willing to take initiative.
