Location: Shenzhen, China (preferred), will consider Shanghai or Beijing Provide Sales Management Leadership to Sale Team in Asia Pacific (likely to include China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other parts of Asia). Responsible for sales of WAN & Embedded Products. Possibly some responsibility for sales of Storage Products. Manage company team consisting of Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Field Application Engineers. Manage Distributor/Reps in some geographies (including tactical responsibilities for pricing, forecasting, etc.) Help develop and implement account strategies for key accounts including Huawei and ZTE. Drive new market penetration including Embedded Product applications in Taiwan. University degree required. BSEE/MSEE helpful. 7+ years experience selling WAN/Embedded products required. Experience selling SAN products helpful. Ability to travel in Asia is desired. Ability to communicate in English is required.
